I am always tired through the day i'm also intolerant to cold and have brain fog.My symptoms also get a little better at night. It just started around nov. till now of this year I just moved somewhere new and I don't feel like doin anything but staying in bed.I went to the doctor these are the test they ran. They did my Cbc Diff-Plt,Comp Met Panel,Total Testosterone,ESR Westergreen,Tsh 3rd generation,Am Cortisol and Prolactin all cameback normal.Except for my prolactin and cortisol being a little high and my testosterone being a little iffy at 428 ng/dl.But I just think my prolactin and cortisol are suppressing it a little.I should be atleast at 500 ng/dl for someone my age but 428 isn't terrible. So that shouldn't be causing it.Can you guys help me.

your right 428 isnt bad. but if your gonna ask for advice here you need to post all your results along with the ranges. 428 is double what mine was at 40. more than likely life style changes could bump that up. so when you post bw again tell a little about your eating habits, work hours, stressors, exercise regiment, age, and stats. people hear are glad to help out

Need more information
more indept thyroid testing -
Prolactin is elevated check dopamine levels in blood via fractional catecholamines.
I highly suggest you get nutreval from dr (soon i will be able to offer this to any one that qualifies for payed assure plan from genova)/ This is the test which I use to handle complex medical cases and has opened the door up to helping not only patients, but also my self where dr's called me a nut job.

I suggest you may want to look into other areas and be glad to refer you to some one that would do that.
