Can lack of sleep and masturbation affect testosterone results?

Well like I do before all test I end up staying up late and I couldn't fall asleep so I masturbated to help me fall a sleep. So I only ended up getting a few hours of sleep if even that.So I went to the doctor to get my testosterone tested and it came back at 428 ng/dl.And I also had the blood taken at 10:30 or 11:00.Do you think these happenings could of effected my results.Cause i've heard that masturbating raises prolactin and lack of sleep raises cortisol which both decrease testosterone.

I googled last year masturbation's effect on testosterone, and it appears that test after ejaculation is the lowest and the highest point is at 7 days, but that was only one study and the study seemed small. Chinese I think. Anyway, I try to look at porn briefly, but not fap before my workouts. Who knows if it helps or not, but at least its fun.

excessive masturbation can cause imbalance in the autonomic nervous system that can cause a whole host of problems mainly with in immune, neurological system, endocrine system. It can also cause excessive depletion on nutrients vital to testosterone production as well as brain chemistry.

I have been a chronic masturbator since the age of 7 maybe that's why my sex drive is so iffy and I have no morning erections.I'm a challange myself to stop for a whole month and see how I feel.

That depends on how out of balance the body was before this behavior begun. What may be normal to one may be enough to upset the cart making a person have symptoms. One needs to look at the past history as well as the symptoms.

So, the same can be said for excessive sex then also? I think I might be in trouble.

NO because when you doing your self are in a sympathetic state to where you need to focus on mental stimulation, moving your own hand, getting the proper sensation from your hand, then finally blowing your blow. That is a lot of energy. If you partner was doing it, its in a relaxed state aka parasympathetic where you do not have to focus on any of the above.

Masturbation, is sensory over load easiest way to explain it and it shorts out your ANS

I agree. Although, while I bet there are studies that support this, I bet there are studies that dispute it.

    Unhappy

I can't imagine that beating off once would be enough to lower that test level - that seems unlikely but who knows...

If a person has a pre existing condition that they may not know of then this behavior is only going to aggravate it even more. It can be either a mental, psychological, physical, or emotional content. Its the body is in a stressed state and in sympathetic mode this is only going to push the gas pedal more...

Guess that makes sense. Never had a test level drawn - maybe I'll see if I can get my doc to draw a level - give me an excuse to rub one off in the name of science lol.
