Going to the Dr Today what adrenal test?

I have a appointment with my regular Dr. tonight at 7:00 PM Due to my history (15 years) of anxiety/panic attacks, I would really like a in depth test of my adrenals to see if they are exhausted, what is the most accurate test I should ask him to perform?

I will also be asking him to check my cortisol levels, as well as my estrogen. Matrix said there is a specific test for estrogen that is very accurate, I don't remember which it is?

It's called the ultra or highly sensitive or sensitive estrogen test. Check AM cortisol - if it is near 10 you probably need low dose HC.

My approach would be to find the source of the stressor through proper blood test and other evasive testing I use along with support the symptoms untill the issue can be resolved. One would be amazed to find out what hidden stressors I have come across with patients and clients.
