Here is my background.
I am 22yr old male suffering from low testosterone which got detected last year.I am vegetarian and my diet is always crap.Most of the time i eat cheese,peas,milk and beans only.I am always trying to lose weight because of my binge eating,i lost and gain 7-10 kilos countless times.I am also a chronic masturabtor(2-3 times a day).My testosterone was always in the 220-250ng/dl range and i felt like dead but,since i added 50mg zinc acetate to my diet,i feel great.I have not masturbated since last month and today my testosterone level jumped to 351 ng/dl.I am still sleeping late and in calorie deficit.I am now getting acne.I know 350ng/dl means nothing because it is not free testosterone but i am feeling better.My question is''Can i safely up my levels to 600 range'' with better diet.
