cortisol 595 nmol/L (120-620)

EST 106 pmol/L (<150)

Testosterone: 7.9 nmol/L (11.5-45)

test 1: 6.4, test 2: 7.9, test 3: 8.9, test 4: 8.2

Free Testosterone: 33.2 pmol/L (20-120)

DHEAS 3.3 umol/L (2.2-15)

SHBG 11 nmol/L (15-50) test 2: 12

TSH 1.90 mU/L (0.5-4.5)

Free T4: 17 pmol/L (12-20)

Free T3: 5.8 pmol/L (3.5-6)

Prolactin: normal

I would like to know being 25 with bloods like this (and yes the dr. crisler full blood sets are coming soon) am i looking at HRT or am I looking at HCG shots, etc.

it has been low T like this for three years now.

personally i would rather do a hrt with hcg shots. But what would usually be done for a case like mine??

How about looking for the root cause? rather then using TRT to bandaid something that may be hiding. You may feel better but if the source is not found then someting elese can come back and haunt you in the future.
