If Total T3 levels are high is that Hyperthyroid?

I was just looking at some older blood work and it showed high Total T3 levels a good amount over the normal range, but highish normal Free T3 levels. So if one has high Total T3, but high normal Free T3, can i still feel the side effects of High Total T3 and Hyperthyroid? Im guessing that High Total T3 levels above normal range in the blood will still produce Hyperthyroid symptoms even if my Free T3 isnt above normal range?

If you have high ft3 levels then yes i can provided the symptoms are present.
But it the unbounded form that you are interested in same as biot testosteorne.
