Itching

Which of the following would give full body itching (not localised to one skin type):

- Low Cortisol
- Low Thyroid
- Low Testosterone / E
- High nor-epinephrine

I have signs of three simultaneous conditions going on:

1. A high stress nervous system - causing high nor-epinephrine (with low dopamine, low serotonin, low GABA).

2. Hypothyroidism

3. Adrenal fatigue.

The itching happens worst at night (when nor-epinephrine is highest it appears), but also happens when I wake up first thing in the morning for an hour or two. It seems to return at intermittent times throughout the day after that.

The worst areas are my stomach, scrotum, arms, front of my legs and head (causing dandruff).

The scratching has got so bad I had to purchase a brush just to scratch with. It's actually starting to cause skin issues (breaking the skin, etc).

Could this be hormonal or possibly something simpler like soap, shower gel, shampoo or alike causing problems? Going to stop using all the shower gel I have.
