Need advice on test cypionate frequency.

I'm on TRT, and my doctor upped my dose of testosterone cypionate this week. I was taking 1/2 a CC(100mg per week). He says to take 1CC ( 200mg per week) or 3/4 a CC every five days.

Does anyone have an opinion on which would be more beneficial?
 
i pin 2x/week sat morning and tuesday night. i guess if i were to pin once per week id go every 5th or 6th day, probably full dose at day 6 though
