labs, estradiol, how to fight?

3 grams testogel daily, 2x250 iu hcg weekly

total test 40 (8-35)
estradiol 200+ (0-150)

doc wants to give me arimidex.. i had a bad reaction when i took it in the past, eod .25 mg

bad sleep, wired feeling, headaches

what's another good alternative?

aromasin? how to dose it for my new protocol (80 mg test weekly injection, 2x250 ius hcg)

One thing that will help is to lower your intake of Test. You are over the top range for TT now. Also lower your hCG to maybe one time a week as hCG convers readily to E2. I know you probably don't wnat to hear that, but simply, less Total T will result in less conversion to E2.
As far as an alternative to arimidex, ppl use DIM and some also use progeterone creme.

I wouldnt lower the amount of test. And if your not looking to get anyone preggos then discontinue HCG or lower the dose/frequency. I would try the a-dex again, maybe you'll react better to it.
