I believe the best way to manage health is to let our bodies tell us what iis wrong. I think the best way to do this is to draw blood when you are 23 or so, feel great and are basically immortal. You then test the blood for the 1000 or so most important elements of life. If anything is wrong, you correct it with mostly natural means and maybe some drugs. Every three years or so, or if something is wrong, you re test and bring back to the baseline. if we did that, I dont think people would get sick until they were in their 70s, or later.
There are 2 problems:
1) Finding what those most important 1000 elements are and
2) Creating an online database to store this information, for life
If the feedback here is positive, I plan to create a facebook page to get a group of us on a common plane. Imagine if we could grow that to 100,000 members. We would then have a common voice, and leverage. Imagine if we took those 100,000 people to a new insurance company, that actually pays for the care we want.
