Haven't done the blood work yet but after I switched to every other day injections for my TRT I have felt much better. I'm prescribed 200mg testosterone cyp evey week, so I do approx. .3cc or a little more subQ every other day which is about 60mg T per shot. I also take .25mg Armidex on days I give the shot. Testicle atrophy is really non existent on this protocol. Although doctor dose have me use clomid every so often for a little stimulation.

I am glad that you are using subQ EOD T-shots.

    You should not use Clomid.

Instead use HCG-shot=250iu with your T-shot

Not sure if your weekly average dose is right.

    Do blood test

    at Quest Diagnostics use

    Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS) Code: 14966X

    and aim at BAT~575

    BAT(BioAvailableTestosterone)

    ============================== ===========

At any other laboratory do these test

    TotalTestosterone
    SHBG
    Albumin

    then use this chart
    http://www.andropause.org.uk/nomo_tas.pdf

    You want FreeT(300-350)

    if your SHBG(15-25)
    but
if your SHBG is higher than 25
then aim at slightly higher FreeT

if your SHBG is lower than 15
    aim at less than 300

Thanks Janz. About the clomid, my doctor just gave me that to keep HPTA stimulated, but even without the clomid on this protocol I never experienced any testicular atrophy. Any thoughts why??

Your T dosing works out to 210mg per week. While another member here pointed out that this is "not an insane" amount, most men typically need only half that amount. I suspect that 100mg per week would keep you in a normal range without the need (or at least less need) for Anastrozole.

How long have you been on that dose? I would bet that long term on that dose you will see gonad shrinkage, but occasional clomid use may mitigate that. But I don't like any use at all of clomid due to vision risks.

Been on TRT for a couple years now. 1st doc had me at 150mg Test every 10days IM and I experienced major shrinkage. Levels were always around 600-700. Been with new doc less than a year at 200mg Test per week and have never had any shrinkage. Only thing different with new docs meds is he added armidex and the hydrocortisone. I'm happy but things aren't adding up.

No difference. I do SubQ not only. Labs comes back fine everytime. I do maybe .1mL every other day, a total of 60-70mg/week test cyp.

That puts me around 600-800ng/mL, top 1/3-1/4 of range and I feel fine and don't need adex or anything like that.
