Do you have Candida or are you trying to prevent it? You need different sups for both conditions. You can use CandidArrest to kill candida and you need a probiotic to add the "good" bacteria back into the gut. Flora Restore DF is dairy free or you can use Florastor, which can be found at most drugstores.
