Does it matter what brand you buy for vitamins?

For instance, L-arginine, Vitex and Vitamins D and E. The brand i have is from nature's bounty. Does it really matter what brand you purchase or are all of them the same? If not, what brands do you guys say are the best?

Formulations are more important than "brands". Learn which forms are more bioavailable.

For example, B12. Get methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin.

Another example, Chromium. Get the polynicotinate form, not the picolinate form as some studies show the latter to be harmful.

    Knowledge is power.
