Does it matter what brand you buy for vitamins?

Formulations are more important than "brands". Learn which forms are more bioavailable.
For example, B12. Get methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin.
Another example, Chromium. Get the polynicotinate form, not the picolinate form as some studies show the latter to be harmful.
Knowledge is power.
