24hr. Urine Test - question

I'm supposed to take a 24 hr urine collection hormone profile (Rhein Labs) ... would having sex the day before or the day of the collection give an inaccurate testosterone, estradiol reading? Anyone know?

Having sperm in the collection may not be the best option..Hold back for 48 hours prior testing then after you take the last morning piss then bang the hell of of you significant other :)

When I got work done I was told to hold out for 24 hours. I would check with who ever is doing the work to be sure though.
