Why does a workout "clear the fog"

Been on HRT for almost a year now (200mg test a week, 500ius HCG 2x a week).

Some days I feel like my T and E probably aren't "in synch". But, when I do my workout it seems to "clear the fog" in my head for a time. Why is this? Is it just endorphins?

When you say you don't feel like they are "in sync", what do you mean by that?

clear the fog?

If you mean you don't feel normal... and working out helps you feel better then yes. That's endorphins and adrenaline. Feels good. :3

I dunno.. some days I feel great, others I can tell something's off. Probably E spiking. Head feels like it's in a fog.. kinda like if you took cold medicine.

I felt like that yesterday and this morning but after a killer workout it's like it "flushed" the fog. :) but, I also did an HCG shot this morning.

Endorphins, cortisol, and higher amount of oxygen to the brain

Sweating and working out activates the lymphatic system helps detoxify toxins.
