    Temperature drop after exercise?

Hey guys I am wondering what is the most likely cause of a temperature drop post exercise. I am on thyroid replacement and adrenal support (herbal not Isocort etc.) and my temperatures average about 98.2 degrees and are steady most of the days. I took my temperature before exercise today and it was 98.5 and post exercise (ran 2.5miles) it was 97.8 degrees. Is that normal? If not then what could be the likely cause? Still underlying adrenal weakness?

    Thanks.

Did you push yourself so hard you felt faint? Did you throw up?

If so it could be a reaction to you straining yourself too much.

I always feel tired and worn out after. My recovery from exercise is really poor.

Maybe try lowering the intensity and increasing the time and see how you feel then.

Jog 4 miles rather than running 2.5.
