estrogen metabolism

say i take vit d and my testosterone increases from 300 to 550, while also taking zinc picolinate 50 mg daily

my estradiol rises threefold to fourfold but i can have decent erection with zinc added

still i want somewhat lower estradiol levels

how can i enhance my estrogen metabolism further?

i am looking for less "harsh" stuff.. zinc helps me maintain a normal woody but would like to improve somewhat more, so you perhaps have a natural alternative?
