To basically sum it up.. Dont overdo supplements and NEVER TAKE SUPPLEMENTS WITH MAGNESIUM STEARATE OF ANY KIND.
the company pure encapsulation has some great stuff with no stearates... some other companies do as well, just read the label carefully

Interesting video. It seems ADAM has Magnesium Stearate, whereas MST's MVP has no binders or fillers.
