Need to look into b-12, folate, TMG,nac, p5p to lower homocysteine
You also need to examine thyroid and also sailva cortisol.24 hours for proper assessment (which i suspect is elevated causing suppression of LH and stealing the building blocks to make testosterone.) Getting hormones in check will help to rebalance homocystein as well. Igf-1 is due to low t, and probably low dhea from being depleting and making cortisol. You need to find the source of the stress, infection, emotional, overtraning, undereating, ect. then resolve it.
