Alpha Lipoic Acid

  1. Alpha Lipoic Acid

    Who uses this supplement?

Im currently on it. Im using it for mercury chelation as well as boosting glutathione levels and as a antioxidant and boosting immunity.

I have read a lot of good things with its use such as ALA increased the number of Glut-4 receptors on the outside of the muscle, more glucose can be absorbed. Plus it mimics insulin. So it improves blood sugar levels.

Not wise because it can recirulate mercury around making it end up deeper in the tissue mainly the brain. . you need to do things in stages.
