do you guys take breaks?

Or are you constantly on something all year around? I know i get flamed for talking about coming off, and how that isnt REAL HRT, but im wondering if you guys ever take any breaks. More so for guys who can get by on their natural levels?

I take two days a week off of GH and one entire month every six. A year ago I had taken an 8 month break off of everything in an effort to restart - didn't quite work. Generally HRT is continuous.
