Premature Ejaculation: How to solve
i think clomid helped my PE (premature ejaculation), according to my journal when i was lasting the longest i was on 25mg clomid every 3 days. when i dropped it got worse when i went off clomid i was cumming very fast
its either clomid blocking receptors, or the increase of testosterone and or e2 ( or maybe a good balance of tt / e2) thats allowing me to last longer...
energy seems the same with no clomid, libido is probably the same, erection quality is probably down a bit and of course PE is very bad.
is HCG worth it for an increase of e2 / TT for possibly increase energy and sexual vitality?
possibly an extremely low dosage of HCG ?
or will possibly increasing adrenal function and or Thyroid function...
overall i need to seriously increase my performance time and i really havent had much luck

Odds are lasting longer is due to raised E2. When my E2 was high i couldn't even cum, when I was on test/a-dex, I came very fast. hCG makes me cum easier than anything, so I wouldnt go that route. Hard to say, everybody is different. I found trying to solve long division math problems in my head helps a lot, or just think about dead puppies.

Watch Katt Williams: American Hustle. All you have to do is jack off before you have sex. That first nut will get you, it has a mind of its own.

You guys have it all wrong in my opinion. The best way to last longer is actually to think about nutting, and just not contract your PE muscle ( the one you contract when your trying to hold from pissing ). And just breathe deeply and focus on not cumming. You have to learn how to have control over yourself, not lose control and have to jackoff everytime before sex :\

The one thing you don't want to do, is depend on something (drug, etc) to constantly have to bail you out from PE. Because when you don't have it, you will have added pressure when time to perform. Sometimes worrying about PE will infact cause you to PE. Just focus on her, and the moment, and take control. I know it is easier said than done, but it can be done. When I was younger, I had that problem, till I started reading, and listening, just my 2 pennies.

Haha, that would suck to jack it everytime. I have noticed that actully thinking about nutting makes it alot harder to do so. I have never had a problem with pre-mature ejaculaiton so I guess I shouldn't be giveing out advice. If you cant jack it, you can always pull out and eat her out or just stop for a second and think about grandma naked in the shower. You can also masterbate more often.

Anything to help the opposite (speed things up) besides l-histadine?
Occassional abstinence isn't an option either..lol
I'm on test but it still takes way too damn long to finish the deed.

Distract yourself. For example, when in missionary position, watch TV and don't think about what you're doing, just get a rhythm going.

And to the OP.
Have you tried verdanafil (levitra)? I've heard it makes you last forever. Like viagra, but with more control.

I used to have a slight issue in this dept and I was using this product called " stud 100". Its essentially lidocaine which is a desensitizer, getting to use the right amount was the hard part because too much and you can't get wood or can't reach orgasm.

In these cases one would look at multiple areas to help identify the potential imbalance or stressors which may be causing the issues. With many cases I have worked on with the doctor's patients, I have found success in modulation of neurotransmitters along with evaluating factors which may have caused their alteration in the first place..
