My Test levels on the upswing with HAN/The_Matrix

Just an update about my situation. While I'm not fully back to normal yet, working with HAN/The_Matrix has shown improvements in my testosterone levels as of late.

While we haven't found a specific, organic point of failure in my HPTA or adrenals, we have been uncovering and fixing nutritional deficiencies along the way. Nutritional testing included SpectraCell FIA testing (uncovering a previously unknown copper deficiency) as well as EFA testing (uncovering a massive deficiency in omega 3s and 6s and saturated fats).

I've made 2 major changes recently:
-Stopping chronic Ritalin treatment
-Starting an EFA regimen

Recently, I have started to get morning wood again. That is a sure sign something is going right. In fact, I have used my morning wood to have sex, without the aid of Levitra, 2 or 3 times in the past week! This marks the first time I've had sex in a long time without the aid of ED medicine.

Also, I am noticing random erections again. I'll get 1-2 random erections during the day. I'm not 100% sure I can pull off a round in the sack without ED medicine just yet but I am confident that, as time goes on, this will improve, as well.

I'm coming up and will post more about my experience with HAN and my levels when they really get back to normal. But check out what he's done for these numbers:

05/15/2008:
Testosterone, Total: 169 (250-1100)
Testosterone, Free: 35.1 (46.0-224.0)
Testosterone, Bioavailable: 75.2 (110.0-575.0)

07/22/2008: Completed Essential and Metabolic Fatty Acid test. I am severly deficient in Omega 3s, some omega 6s, and saturated fatty acids.

08/03/2008: Low testosterone reported from Rhein's Lab test.

09/01/2008: Started Biotest Flamout (high dose fish oil), Udo's Choice 3-6-9 Complex, and increased saturated fat inclusion in my diet

09/22/2008:
Testosterone, Total: 379 (250-1100)
Testosterone, Free: 86.4 (46.0-224.0)
Testosterone, Bioavailable: 192.8 (110.0-575.0)

So you are not supplementing with testosterone,
just trying to make nutritional adjustments, right?

Krazy, that is awesome progress.

JanSz,

Oleic is olive oil... I was low in it.
Saturated you are missing lauric... coconut oil.

That's great improvement, especially considering only nutritional changes made. Was your labwork done through Quest? Do you plan on taking Rhein again?

Was your labwork done through Quest?
Yes.

Do you plan on taking Rhein again?
Maybe. I'll be getting more labs done but Rhein is best at giving you an image of whats going on when you are trying to diagnose something. It doesnt tell you Free/Total/Bioavailable and I dont really need to know the other things in my system anymore. As a diagnosis tool, it is killer. As a preventative or maintenance test, a healthy Quest regimen is best.

I do not see lauric acid
on my
Essential and Metabolic Fatty Acid Markers Analysis.

Ah, you're right... I guess it isn't tested

Jansz just keep things simple instead of making it a science project. The internet is a great source of information, but it can cause more questions then answers. When information is suggested peoples natural intention is to second guess it. I have seen this cause alot of problems with dr's even thought they were on the right track. Doing research is fine, but one has to moderate it.
