    Are you taking it orally?

I find it works best to soak in it, as it relieves soreness, helps speed recovery, helps eliminate subcutaneous water, and just plain relaxes.

    Yikes.

I can't even imagine taking that much more sodium in my diet. What else have you noticed so far?

Good to know, I've used epsom salt in my bath tub but I always thought this was only used for cooking.

I heard that "soaking in salt business" caused Gary Coleman's kidney problems. Some say is was those same salt baths that later ruined his blossoming career as a security guard.

And some say methyl-sea salt is going to be banned.

Sea salt is often purported to be a great source of trace minerals.
