Sea Salt Benefits?

  1. Sea Salt Benefits?

I see some guys here take Sea Salt. What are the benefits? Who should take it?

I started taking it yesterday and noticed today i've been feeling a little better, like i feel alive. I also took a crap 2 times already today. I also slept better last night.

dont know if this is all in my head or not lol.... but what benefits have you guys seen by using sea salt.

btw i got Himalayan sea salt

    Thanks

  2. Are you taking it orally?

I find it works best to soak in it, as it relieves soreness, helps speed recovery, helps eliminate subcutaneous water, and just plain relaxes.

  9. Good to know, I've used epsom salt in my bath tub but I always thought this was only used for cooking.

  10. I heard that "soaking in salt business" caused Gary Coleman's kidney problems. Some say is was those same salt baths that later ruined his blossoming career as a security guard.

And some say methyl-sea salt is going to be banned.
