Sea Salt Benefits?

I see some guys here take Sea Salt. What are the benefits? Who should take it?

I started taking it yesterday and noticed today i've been feeling a little better, like i feel alive. I also took a crap 2 times already today. I also slept better last night.

dont know if this is all in my head or not lol.... but what benefits have you guys seen by using sea salt.

btw i got Himalayan sea salt

Are you taking it orally?

I find it works best to soak in it, as it relieves soreness, helps speed recovery, helps eliminate subcutaneous water, and just plain relaxes.

Yikes.

I can't even imagine taking that much more sodium in my diet. What else have you noticed so far?

Good to know, I've used epsom salt in my bath tub but I always thought this was only used for cooking.

I heard that "soaking in salt business" caused Gary Coleman's kidney problems. Some say is was those same salt baths that later ruined his blossoming career as a security guard.

And some say methyl-sea salt is going to be banned.
