Well 2 weeks ago i suddenly got violently ill out of nowhere. Went to the emergency room 6 times in the past week for shortness for shortness of breath and couldnt breath, and spent a week in hospital and doctors still dont know whats wrong...
I have diarrhoea, shortness of breath (comes and goes throughout the day), chest pains, muscle/weight loss, loss of appetite, bone/joint pain in my knees and pelvic bone, joints feel sharp (couldn't walk the other day), extreme fatigue (any exertion leaves me feeling ill), and i got these huge dark bags under my eyes, pulse when i wake up is 100 then later on its like 40-45, then sometimes when i get up out of my chair it starts racing and hair loss. I'm out of hospital now and still about to see a lot of specialists to figure all this out, its been a scary experience.
Blood work showed nothing wrong but i will post it when i get the chance, lung function test was excellent, muscle function was good but they said i was a bit weak in the hips (thighs and the surrounding joints), white cell count was normal so its not a virus or infection but my lymphocytes were elevated. CT scan of the chest showed residual thymic tissue in the lungs but they said its normal for someone of my age, also about to do a DEXA scan, 24 hour holter monitor (for the heart), and see an endocrinologist. Also had a endoscopy and colonoscopy (which they will redo because they couldnt see much first time in the colonoscopy) both which were normal except their was inflammation of my small intestine.
And last 2 days i could walk very well the joints in my knees feel odd and corroding and to the touch my right knee is painful, feels like my knees are going to fall apart.
I took anti-histamine Periactin and it relieved a good deal of the symptoms i mentioned up above besides the joint troubles and i'm using Voltaren tablets for the joints to reduce inflammation.
Also going to see immunologist because i think this might be an autoimmune disorder.
Any tips would be good nobody knows whats wrong and neithe do i, im really lost as to why this is happening its been a scary two weeks i thought i was going to die and for someone who's 19 this really is unexpected, GOD I WOULD JUST LIKE TO BE HEALTHY!!!.
