update. blood work but no libido?

ok here is my pre blood work. All i was on was thyroid medicine. complained of no sex drive, foggy brain, fat gain and energy. I am 27 years old.

    t4, Free 1.27 .60-1.50
    glucose 75 70-100
    test total 283 241-827
    tsh 4.66 .34-5.00
    total free test 8.3 9.3-26.5

here are my new results on 250 test cyp a week its split into half and done on mon/thurs. also 1000 iu HCG twice a week. I Am going to a HRT doctor from a clinic.

    t4free 1.5 .8-1.8
    t3free 334 230-420
    tsh 1.40 .40-4.50
    fsh .7 1.6-8.0
    dhea sulfate 113 110-510
    progesterone 1.2 <1.4
    shbg 7 7-49
    igf-1 350 126-382
    estrodial 25 0-50
    ferritin 81 24-336
    prolactin 1.6 2.1-17.7
    dht 1005 155.0-553.0
    total test 1012 241-1000
    free test 50 9.3-26.5
    cortisol total 11.4 4.0-22.0

OK so here is the problem. I have more energy, strength, fatloss, and clear mind but still no real drive. I am not depressed but I get kinda indifferent about alot of things. I have no sex drive what so ever and barely get morning wood in the morning. If i do get wood it is very week and about half the size it was. If a hot girl was next to me I would rather eat a sandwhich then **** her. haha No alpha male feeling I hear soo many talking about. NO libido at all!!!!! Strength is up but I no longer get that pumped feeling about things in life I once got. This is making life very rough for my age. I cant even get hard long enough to masterbate normally. Any ideas? thanks bros.

you could try some zma, 5htp, b12. all these should help but it happens to all of us, just work through it it usally goes away. try going for a run and getting the cardio up. just don't dwell on it you will come good !

What is that you are taking for thyroid?
    Your
    t3free 334 230-420----->55%
    your FreeT3 should be higher.
As of now you have only about half of the FreeT3 that you need.

If you can, get this tests for thyroid:
    T3 Free
    T4,Free
    reverse T3 (rT3)
    Ultrasensitive TSH
Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (7260X)
    iodine
    copper
    selenium
    zinc
    ==============================

How long are you taking 250mg/week T-cypionate?

We should see higher TT on that dose.
I am not saying that yout TT is low, just your response.
You may be low on selenium.
    You have very low SHBG=7
    You need TT~800
to get your FreeT~300 (using chart).
You may want to reduce average weekly dose but do EOD shots, every other day
    For example 198mg/week
    Each shot 28units=56mg

Eventually, even this dose should be to large.

    Use 31Ga 5/16"long needle, 3/10cc
otherwise you will not be able to withstand this frequent shots.

Change HCG dose and schedule while you are at it.
    ---------------------
    day#1 Tshot=28units
    day#2 HCG=500iu
    ---------------------
On this large T dose your
    estrodial 25 0-50

    This is probably wrong test.
    You should get
    Estrodial, Ultrasensitive

Likely your E2 is high and that may be reason for your lack of sex drive.

    You must get correct test.
Do not fiddle with Arimidex without haveng test results.
    Wrong levels of E2
    will cause
    erection problems
    gyno on one end
bone loss on the other end.

There is a guy on the other board, found himself with with large bone loss.

You may want to get DHEA-complete from LEF.org
    and have one pill /day.

I take levoxyl 150mcg a day for my thyroid. Also if I just touch any antiestrogen my drive is even lower. So we know estrogen isnt high. Is it possible I have adrenal fatigue? I wake up tired and never fully charged. NO endorphins in my body what so ever! I know it is chemical somewhere... this cant just be me thinking about it too much. I am going to a real endo this week to see if he can help anymore then this HRT doctor. My current HRT doc suggests it is a neurotrasnmitter problem or something along those lines. I will suggest those blood tests to my new doc and see what happens. thanks again Janz

Recently I came across this work:
    United States Patent: 7288257

Keep this work in mind, even rather normal RT3/FreeT3 ratio
    can hide host of problems.
Looking thru examples discussed in that work, I am thinking that in case when many things are tried without effect, it may be worth while to try flushing out RT3 for a while, just to see if that may help.

well can't the high insulin due to insulin resistence be due to out of whack adrenals? I know adrenals and thyroid being low can lower sbhg.. Certain hormones raise it and certain ones lower it. Once adrenals are back up that could help alot with insulin from what I understand.
