Mega doses of Melatonin

I have chronic sleep problems and was just told that taking much larger than conventional doses of melatonin may help.

I always thought doses bigger than 6 mg would have the opposite effect.

This very reliable source says you can raise it until you get a jittery feel.

The way to do it is ramp up until that happens.

Has anyone tried that?

the most ive taken is 30mgs...and i just got tired the same as if i took 10mgs... hope this helps...

I've gone up to 9 mgs without incident. In fact there was a recent study suggesting that 10 mgs pm can greatly spike GH levels.
