I have chronic sleep problems and was just told that taking much larger than conventional doses of melatonin may help.
I always thought doses bigger than 6 mg would have the opposite effect.
This very reliable source says you can raise it until you get a jittery feel.
The way to do it is ramp up until that happens.
Has anyone tried that?
