Have had great succes on some stacks from LG and plan on the psharms soon, well end of August. All of my gains have been true muscle and now due to job I have to mountain bike. So I have a tight 7 week schedule of riding in front of me. So I know I cant focus on lifting.
I have my diet working well for gaining mass, wo are great. My problem and question is HOW CAN I CUT WITH MIN. MUSCLE LOSS? I know this is the million dollar question, but some guiedence would help, or am I just F...ed.
