i mix it with water and it is not thick add it to milk and it is thicker than water

look at it this way it makes that ever liquid you add it to not much thicker than it is already

it tastes great in water and skim milk

LGs protein is the best protein i have tasted in a while

Depending on how much water you mix it with. I mix 1-2 scoops with 4-6 ounces of water. It is a little thicker than most proteins, but I like that about it (hence the amount of water I use . I would never again mix my protein with milk. Taking a lipotrophic protein with milk seems like a double negative, but to each his own of course. Skim milk might as well be water anyways huh? Lol.
