Picked up a bottle of this with that amazing NATADROL deal. How have most guys run this? Dosing?

I've used the product in the past. It seems to work pretty well as far as natty Gh products go.
Noticed increased appetite and slightly better sleep.
You should dose six sprays under the tongue prior to bed.
And an Optional dose Pre workout.

On non workout days take it in the morning and before bed. I recently got a new bottle as I am running this for about 5 months and it tastes different. Anyone know whats up with that?
