C2K stack

I just picked up this stack. It includes c2k, l-carnitine, and 7keto spray. I wanted to know how to stack it. Can c2k and the l carnitine can be taken together? It is both liquid. Also, c2k already has l carnitine in it. What is the most efficient dosage of l carnitine can be taken at on time?

I would use C2K and Carnitine earlier in the day and right before workouts. Some have problems sleeping if taken too late in the evening. 7-keto can be anytime.
