topical ph17? info

Ok so after my last cycle I got to my goal weight now its time to maintain and get ripped. Was thinking epi but got a deal on ph17 sublingual with a free topical what's the deal with the topical dosing?binstructions? I've never used topical Ph and have only seen one log and the dude was some beast that used like 12 sprays or some **** I just want to know for the average person what's the deal? Is it even worth my time?

But on other note can't wait for my cycle diets dialed program ready 2 months taking me to spring hopefully ripped and hard. Bam!
