...and was curious about the dosage. I just want to make sure I'm taking the measurements correctly through the oral syringe.

I am also curious about the Keto Spray. Should I spray a lot to add up to the recommended keto 7 dosage or should I just stick to 6 sprays?

With the forma, what exactly are you curious about? Just suck up 1.6mL and squirt it in your mouth and swish it around and hold it there for a min or so. Repeat 4-5 times a day.

Not sure what you mean in the last part by "should i spray alot", whats a lot to you? I would just follow the instructions and you should be good.
