First, I want to thank Mike over at LG for giving me the chance to log this stack. I've run the tablet form of Trifecta before with great results so I can't wait to see what results I get from this. A little background first. I'll be starting the stack Monday morning (it's easier for me to start stacks on Mondays to keep track of my weeks). I'll continue to follow my 5 day split for training, but will switch up some exercises and obviously hope to increase the weight! As for my job, well I am a personal trainer at Gold's Gym so I"ll be busy but I always get my workouts in. I'll use this thread to post updates and keep you guys updated on my training log and how the stack works for me. Hope you guys enjoy!!
