  1. Here's yesterday's workout. Today marks the 7th day on the stack. I am starting to see some effects from the stack. Increased aggression and appetite along with sex drive. Also, the liquid MMv3 is so much easier to take than tablets. Heres the workout..

    Pretty clean but not too strict because I'm on a bulk. Protein sources like chicken, salmon, shrimp, ground turkey and eggs. Carbs from whole wheat bread and pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes. Fairly high protein with moderate carbs and fats.

  18. Started week 3 on the stack today. Lifts all stayed the same today. I was a little crunched on time today as well. I weighed in at 250 on Saturday, which puts me up 4 lbs on the stack so far.

    Thanks man. I'm not as worried about the weight jumps cause I'm seeing improvement every workout and my body weight is going up
