    grab u a little taurine.. if needed u can take 5g before your next work out and it should help allieveate them... BTW... do you take creatine?
    i recommend you use it during your cycle as it helps with BPs and bloodflow. just stay hydrated! no matter what.

    I'll have to look into that. Yea I take creatine. Gotta go all out when on a cycle. I aim for about 2 gallons of water daily

    Absolutely! Too many don't drink enough water while on creatine and it causes them problems. This is why so many people are down on supplementing with it.

    I take taurine daily regardless, its great 1-3g ed + 0.5-1g ALCAR and 2-5g creatine is a daily staple for me in the AM.

    So today is my last day on the prohormones and tomorrow morning I start PCT. I weighed in yesterday at 256.5 which puts me up 10.5 lbs so far on the stack. Weights have steadily gone up throughout the 4 weeks as well. I will continue to update the log throughout the PCT. I'm sad to end the stack right now

    So I have just finished my last dose of PCT. Weight this morning was 256.9. So might as well call it 257. I will be posting my final review of the stack as well as my final measurements and an after photo in the next few days. Thanks to all of you who followed along and gave me positive feedback!!
