Been holding onto these for a lil while now! hehehe

From the few that have tried it, what is the recommended dose? I see on the bottle it says 4 servings (6 sprays) thru the day.

Typically, many people need MORE of the "recommended dose" to achieve results. Does this hold true for those who have used it?
