    Fruit Punch ASGT LOG :D

Alright I would like to thank LG33 for choosing me to log this new flavor! Here is my initial review!
Initial Review of Fruit Punch ASGT

Taste:9/10 First off the taste! I personally do not mind choking down bad tasting supplements but some people do so I am rating taste first, plus a nice taste is always a great bonus. I personally like this fruit punch flavor better than the Strawberry Lemonade. To me it is sweeter and is not as bitter but it still is if it is in warm water. Therefore add it to some ice cold water and bitterness is gone

Energy and Focus: 10/10 This is something I love about ASGT. It gives me a great boost of long lasting energy and focus throughout my entire workout without cracking me out. I also do not get jittery or crash after the workout is over.

Mood: 10/10 this goes hand and hand with the energy and focus. Since my energy is up and also with the added pSARMS you have a better since of being or more of that Alpha aggression which is what I like. Also when I mean aggression I do not mean anger or anything of that matter, It refers to the intensity of my workout.

Strength: NA as of now. I am sure I will notice a help with strength increases by the end of the tub or after taking it for more than three days

Other Effects: One bonus effect of this product that I like is the Beta Alanine Tingles. Some people do not like this but I think it is great and it is confirmation that they added a good dose of Beta Alanine so you do not have to wonder if you are getting the endurance benefits of BA because you are

Value: Definitely a great value. I got this tub for a log but I would have no problem buyin it because it is only about $24 for 45 scoops! SO why not try it to see if it works for you!

Overall: So far I am liking the new flavor of fruit punch a lot and hopefully I will continue to. Will update shortly! I just wanted to get this up as soon as I could!

Alright Thanksgiving was day 3 actually using ASGT I didn't pay much attention to eating the entire day! I did have a good workout though even being short on time

    Quads:
Barbell Squats 5 sets of 12

Leg Extensions 4 sets of 12

Dumbell squats 3 sets of 12

Hamstrings: Jeffersons 4 sets of 12

Leg Curls 4 sets of 12

Calf raises 4 sets of 20

I had one scoop of the ASGT for this workout and has a good amount of energy and had some moderate tingles! I really like this taste vs. the other one!

Alright Yesterdays workout was not super great! I am not sure why but everything did not feel right! My muscles were just not wanting to cooperate and had stupid kinks! It was just one of those days so I did one exercise for each muscle chest triceps and biceps and got out to get refreshed and come back next time and kill it!

    Chest:

Dumbell Incline Press 4 sets of 15

    Biceps and Triceps:

Hammer curls suppersetted with rope pushdowns 4 sets of 12

Notes: I did have a scoop and a half of ASGT and that was the only reason I was able to do a few sets! I just wasn't on my game yesterday! The more ASGT I use the more flavor I get Also the more foam I get but that is no big deal!

Alright today was much better than yesterday!

    Meals:

Meal one: 6 Whole eggs, 2 egg whites, cup of oats, and 16oz of low fat milk. Vitamins! Some extra ham!
Second Meal: homemade meal replacement shake!
Third Meal: 8 oz of seasoned chicken and a potato
Fourth Meal: 10oz of BBQ chicken, a yogurt and 1 cup of oats!
Fifth meal: will be another homemade meal replacement shake!

    Workout: Back, traps and Delts

Started off with some shoulder stretches Stretched for 15 minutes!

Reverse Lat pulldowns 4 sets of 12

Seated Rows 4 sets of 12 done with slow motion and squeezing

Wide grip LatPulldowns 4 sets of 12

Shoulders: I started with Rotator Cuff exercises again for 4 sets of each shoulder for this time 40 reps. these always burn like crazy for such a tiny muscle!

Reverse Flyes: 4 sets of 10

Side Laterals supersetted with modified front raises 4 sets of 15

    Traps:
Dumbell Shrugs for 4 sets of 12

Notes: Today I used 2 scoops of ASGT and thought that that was perfect for me. I have not tried three but I may later on just to have an idea of what feels best! 2 scoops in 12oz of cold water has tasted best so far! I really felt the BA tingles and had a smooth energy throughout my workout and I did not crash!

Alright so today was an off day and for the off day I did cardio and some upper body stretches because I am still trying to get full ROM of my left arm, its coming along pretty good I did 2 scoops of ASGT again as well as shook the container to make sure everything does not settle and I get a more accurate serving. Energy lasted all the way through my cardio and I did not crash at all which is great because I usually do after cardio because I just started doing cardio again not to long ago and it still whoops my butt Leg day is tomorrow and I plan on hitting them good! Maybe even 2.5 scoops of ASGT to see how that feels!

So far I would give the flavor a 9/10. I really like the flavor but the water has to be cold or it starts to taste slightly bitter! But I can always get ice cold water so that is not a problem for me. I like it better than the strawberry lemonade though which I would give 7/10 flavor wise.

Day 15 was chest triceps and Biceps which I was specifically aimng for a huge pump with lighter weights because I did not have a spotter! Day 16 was Shoulders back and traps I tried a few knew variations of form on my lat machine because I have been having a tight left lat for some reason and the form check definitely helped

    Meals:

Meal one: 6 Whole eggs, 2 egg whites, cup of oats, and 16oz of low fat milk. Vitamins!
Second Meal: homemade meal replacement shake!
Third Meal: 8oz of beef cooked, a cup of oats and a yogurt
Fourth Meal: 10oz of hot sauce chicken 8oz of milk and some orange juice!
Fifth meal: Was Another Meal replacement shake

    Eating was good yesterday!
    The Workout:

Started off with some shoulder stretches Stretched for 15 minutes!

Reverse Lat pulldowns 4 sets of 12

close grip latpulls 4 sets of 12 done with slow motion and squeezing checked form.

Wide grip LatPulldowns 4 sets of 12

Shoulders: Rotator Cuff exercises again for 4 sets of each shoulder for 20 reps.

Reverse Flyes: 4 sets of 15

Side Laterals supersetted with modified front raises 4 sets of 12

Notes both days I took 2.5 scoops and I feel this is perfect. The flavor still seems to be pretty good! I think the flavors would taste best if you got both and switched every few days to keep the flavor fresh!

Calves: Tibia dorsi 4 sets of 20

Calf raises 4 sets of 20

I had a great workout. 3 scoops will have you off the walls with energy but I still was not jittery so that is a good quality. Overall my favorite preworkout. I always have good workouts and the weights seem to start to feel lighter at a faster rate

    Final Review:

Taste:8/10 First off the taste! The taste was still in my opinion better than the starwberry lemonade but it got less tasty as the log went on. It still was good though to me

Energy and Focus: 10/10 I still think ASGT is one of the best clean energies from a preworkout supplement. I always have a lot of clean energy that does not give me jitters or headaches.

Mood: 10/10 Again this gives you a positive energy with a good Alpha mood if you know what that means! Just that since of well good well being.

Strength:9/10 I really like the pSARMS because you actually gain strength at a slightly faster rate with this product.

Other Effects: Beta Alanine tingles begin to wear off but I think that is a good thing because I believe research shows that they wear off because your body becomes better at processing BA.

Value: Definitely a great value. I got this tub for a log but I would have no problem buyin it because it is only about $24 for 45 scoops! SO why not try it to see if it works for you!

Overall: A solid product. Everything seems to work well in it and I think everyone should at least try it and see how they like it
