Yes, ASGT has an AI in it and yes, it's fine for females to use ASGT. I use it all the time - in fact, check out my training/supplementation journal.

asgt works well for women, I have 2 clients who hve been on it for 3 weeks with no ill effects

ASGT would be fine for woman. I would just keep it in the 1-2 scoop range. Warning her sex drive may go up.
