    Incline Db press:

    100x4---Goddamn im wearing wrist wraps next time, I got tiny wrists and thats a giant ass dumbbell so it was unstable as fock.

    How's the strength gains so far? When I ran Super, my strength went from like 225x3 to 225x12 on bench in the first week. It felt like the weights were fake or something.

    I did triceps today, and im surprised they did so well because my delts are probably about 50 percent today. And at 20mg of beast prewkout, GD the pumps are so intense it hurt lol:

    Hmmm.. I seemed to fall asleep a tad quicker with them combined. then I had like a week solo GHenerate, and the sleep was still great with it.. I say get both, they are priced at a great price, there is no reason not to.
