Just received my Trifecta stack today.. as of right now I was thinking of dosing as followed:
MMv2: 1/2/1 (I workout usually at 1pm, therefore, 1 in morning about 7:30 or 8, 2 pre-workout, then 1 at night)
MD-1: 1/2/2 (again, 1 in morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night)
I'm excited and very skeptical about this stack. I have never taken any PH supps or stacks before. I will let you guys know how my progress goes....
