I'm going to start out at M1-D and have Formadrol as my PCT. I was wondering what the best dosing would be for me, I'm 210lbs right now. Also should it be 4 weeks of M1-D and 2 weeks of Formadrol? thanks

2/2/2 split (6 caps total per day) spread out as evenly as possible for the M1D. You could start at 4, or simply do 6 for the duration. Im pretty much your same size, and 6 caps is what I use for M1D.
For post cycle, 1 Formadrol AM and 2 PM (3/day) works out very well for me. Some go as high as 2/2 on the Formadrol, but often that is for harsher compounds than M1D.
