Well I take the slin depending on the carbs I take in, for example, I'll use about 50gr of Perfect carb, But I'll dose 3 slin before hand, big carb meals I'll do the same.. Now when I dive into a big ole plate of spaghetti, with thoughts of seconds, I'll dose 4 caps
