The Story:
Well guys, this has been a long time coming. I have always felt my best gains were made while I logged in the forums online. It keeps me honest, makes me track weights and diet and the general banter with you guys is really helpful.
This log isn't really to show case these products, although questions are welcome, it is also for me, to track progress in this important time of change for me as I try really make a push in the right direction physique wise.
So with that in mind it's time to log again!
The Suspects (weeks 1-6):
1)Slin (dosed PWO)
2)Postal (Dosed PWO with Slin)
3)IGH-1 (pre bed)
4)GHenerate (pre workout and pre bed)
5)Bc+Eaa (Pre and Intra)
The Suspects PART2 (weeks 6-10):
1)DTH
2)Anadraulic State
3)GHenerate (pre workout and pre bed)
4)IGH-1 (pre bed)
5)Bc+Eaa (Pre and Intra)
Diet: I tend to feel this is the most crucial part of my log. I know I can train hard, I know i can sleep well, but can I keep the diet good enough to achieve what I want?
What I basically in a nutshell plan on is high protein, medium carb and low fat.
I will keep a detailed diet log on here, so more to come and we can see if my numbers actually stack up. I really want to be taking 250g+ protein per day.
The Workout:
6 days per week, full body split.
1)Chest and Triceps
2)Legs
3)Abs
4)Back and Biceps
5)Shoulders
6)Legs
More to come on the exact breakdown of these workouts.
Photos will be on the way, as this log officialy starts in 7 days time, but will have the pre photos this week and also have 7 days of pre stack lifting stats this week while I'm training on just fish oil, multi vitamin and protein.
