Forms of MMV2?

SO I order the trifecta stack, ONE Question:

Did MMV2 ever come in a sub form? the bottle states MMV2 but from what I'm reading MMV2 is only made in caps or liquid drops?

Was this a mislabel bottle? is it possible that the t911 tabs were dropped into the wrong bottle? (i don't know what the T911 tabs look like)

You may have MMv3, which are sub tabs. are you sure the bottle says MMv2?
MMv3 was replacing MMv2 also

T-911 tabs are very tiny also..
