so i order some stuff from the offical site and its been close to 10days .. and i havent gotten my package in the mail .. i was expecting it this thurs-fri actually.

can someone please look into it ? i did email justin over at the offical site yesterday but no response.

I also placed an order about 10 days ago. My order # is 1912 so It must have been around the time you ordered. Mine also has not arrived yet. I was sent the email saying it was shipped a week ago. I have never ordered from them before but from what I have read on here they are reputable and respectable, so I am not worried yet. If it does not arrive this week then I will be concerned.
 
I'll talk to LG and see whats going on... I will say anything that leaves is shipped fast, Im thinking something is going on with the mail maybe.. it will be looked into.!

agreed, I'd say the easter holidays didn't help the delay.

Dam mail man! The folks at LG are always ontop of there game.. I almost think there faster then Steveoph replying to a message, which we know he has lightning speed!
 
10 days is quite some time for an order. I am willing to bet it was the holiday weekend. That, and depending on what day/time you placed it. Glad to hear it showed up!
