    Methyl 1-D


    Im 17 .... is there any chance of bad side effects becuz of age from taking methyl D-1

    yes there are, wait a while. 18 is the youngest I would ever recommend but in all honesty if you wait until your 21 the chances of sides will be far less and the payoff will be greater.

    Well Formadrol is a test booster, which is not what you need at 17 yrs old.

    I would stay off M1D for sure, but you can look into something like Formadrol if your Dr says it is ok (parents too). Reduced estrogen is not a bad thing at a young age, since it can really help you grow, especially if you have extra body fat.

    I just bought a bottle of M1D and Gh1. Any suggestions on how many m1d pills to take daily to start off and acess tolerance. I was also thinking of Using No explode in addition to M1d and gh1, Please advise.

    Personally I would just start at 6 a day, go 3/3 with food, but you can run it at 4 2/2 to start if you like to see how it goes, should not have any problem though

    if you want to get big for football, focus on these 4 exercises:

    deads
    squats
    bench
    clean and press

    every time you go to the gym, either beat your old record for reps while sticking in the 6-12 rep range, or beat your old weight while maintaining 6-12 reps. take your M-1D, store it in a cool dry place (back of your cubby), and use it in a few years to bust through a plateau.

    I'm about to start on MD1 and just got some formadrol, should I start the formadrol as soon as I'm out of MD1 or should I wait a couple of weeks?
