how do i take the liquid masterdrol????

do i add it to the 20oz of water?

or do i take it right off of the teaspoon the directions on the bottle do not specify.

You can take it right out of a teaspoon. I like to make sure I consume a decent amount of water right after as well (12-20 oz).
