Two different OxyECA Black "Limited Edition" formulas?

So I was looking at two unopened bottles I have, and they are not the same. 100% identical, even the lot numbers, the UPC, everything...except the ingredients! One of them came from a mailorder place that I believe is overseas, not sure if it could be fake or are there two nearly identical versions out there?
