The best way to find out is to try it. I did a log of JW and Pro-Anabol in June and it was one of the best stacks I have ever run. I know that is not exactly the answer you want, but just thought I would share.

Strength, endurance, recomp, vascularity, sleep, mood; seriously, it was a great run and I will be doing one again in about 6 weeks.

I would say that I started to notice the effects about 9 days or so into it. The nettle takes a little time, but it is a damn good supplement.
Based on that, it looks good, but doesn't really compare to the compound in Epistane...
Well, epistane is hormonal so that is not a fair comparison.

I also have had a great experience with JW latley. I put it in last week to "spice up" the last week of post cycle therapy and i already noticed the effects. Great strength improvments, intensity, and the pumps are really good.
This is my first time trying anything from ALRI and i must say i am impressed. Im going to continue to use this as a bridge to my up comming pulse cycle. Good stuff.

At 270 5-6 caps makes sense. Personally I think dosage should be about one cap per 50 lbs, possibly +1 if no sides.Jw is greaat, i am around 265-270 and its truly done wonders, i love the stuff, its got me pretty vascular, but i am at double dosage currently
do you need to be taking a liver detox or anything like that while oh JW?
From my experience I say no...
I ran a double dose for 4 weeks and had liver tests done before and after. My liver tests were within normal ranges.

quick question for those who have tried it.....I'm trying it now (~10 days in) and it hit me like a ton of bricks earlier today, felt like i was gonna faint, was a bit dizzy, and still just feel a little woozy but kinda like a buzzed feeling....is this normal to kind of get this feeling while on it? I've stopped dosing now because it kind of worries me a bit, but I'd like to hear what the "on" feeling is like for this supp. Does it do anything to blood pressure? I've never really used a supp like this in my whole time weightlifting (only whey, BCAA's, creatine, multi, etc.) but thought I'd try this out. I have no idea what its supposed to feel like. Thanks!
