I also noticed that taking it with a shake makes it better, and I didn't notice any drop in my blood sugar. Probably because it slows down digestion.

I usually tend to take in between 50g-70g carbs per meal plus about 15g-20g in between meals to avoid the side effects. Is there any recomended carbs intake with JW so as not to go over board with carbs and pack fat? Also I have been researching Anabolic Pump and it seems to me that JW and Anabolic Pump essentially do the same thing as far as nutrient repartitioning. My questions regarding these two products are; 1. What essentially distinguishes the two? and 2. Would it be more beneficial to stack these two products or take them separately? Thank You.

i believe anabolic pump works mainly with a carb focus, and jw works by ways of an AI for test boosting but also increases insulinogenic responses thus the hypoglycemic feeling. jw also increases free test as well as total

Fit's not likely to see this.

I would say I would slowly back down on the carbs and see if you can get to a smaller intake but still stave off the low glycemic side effects.

Dunno about a recommended amount - Fit did say about 20 to 30 grams.

1. No idea.
2. Maybe. I wouldn't think so. Both JW and AP are effective - slightly different pathways it seems. You'd have to eat a lot more carbs if you stack the 2 - it seems from JJohn's posts.

On my third week of JW and the hypoglycemic sides, headaches are GONE!! I have cut back on carbs now I usually do about 30-40g when taking JW and do not feel any sides. Maybe it was just my body getting used to it. But, I am now starting to break out a bit, no big deal though. I am not too sure about significant strength increases at this point, but it seems to make me very aggressive in the gym giving me energy to go a bit longer. To think I was ready to give up on this one after the first day, but now at the beginning of my third week it seems to be kicking in, I cant wait to see how the remaining 5 will turn out. This also reminds me would Restore and Trib be sufficient as a PCT?

I'm confused after all that I've been reading...

I ended up buying a bottle of this for another time. It's the clear bottle with the blue capsules. Is this the old or new version? I was hoping to get the version, which would yield great results, but not kill my libido.

I've seen too much bickering back and forth, so that's why I'm asking. I'm sure there will be more bickering just by me asking this question.

clear with blue caps is the one that worked for me and my buddies. I don't know which one has the prohormone it it, but the new version hasn't done jack squat for about 4 people that i know, including me.
btw, where did you get the old bottle? can't seem to find it anywhere
